💬 In-App AI Assistant

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. You'll receive a reset link via email. If you signed up with Google, use Google sign-in instead.

Can I change my plan mid-cycle?

Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your account. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our GDPR obligations.

How do I add team members?

Go to Settings → Organization and click "Invite Member." They'll receive an email invitation to join your team. See Organization Management for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All plans support CSV export of leads, deals, and campaign data. Enterprise plans additionally support full API access for programmatic data retrieval.

Which AI models do you use?

Clozup uses multiple AI providers:
