Organization Management
Configure your workspace, manage team members, assign roles, and control access permissions.
Your organization is the top-level container in Clozup. Everything — leads, campaigns, deals, sequences, and settings — belongs to an organization. This page covers how to manage your organization settings, invite team members, and configure roles and permissions.
Organization Settings
Access organization settings from Settings → Organization in the sidebar. The settings page includes:
- Organization Name — Your company name displayed across the platform
- Logo — Upload your company logo (appears in reports and emails)
- Default Currency — Set the currency for deal values and revenue tracking (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.)
- Default Timezone — Affects scheduling, reports, and activity timestamps
- Revenue Targets — Set monthly/quarterly revenue goals for the analytics dashboard
- Fiscal Year Start — Configure when your fiscal year begins (affects quarterly reporting)

Team Members
The Members section shows all users in your organization with their role, status, and last active date.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings → Organization → Members
- Click “Invite Member”
- Enter the person's email address
- Select their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
- Click “Send Invitation”
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. Invitations expire after 7 days but can be resent from the Members page.
Note
The number of team members is limited by your plan. Free allows 1 user, Starter allows 3, Pro allows 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. See Plans & Pricing for details.
Managing Members
From the member list, organization owners and admins can:
- Change Role — Promote or demote members (except the owner)
- Remove Member — Remove a user from the organization (their data is preserved)
- Resend Invitation — For pending invitations that haven't been accepted
- Transfer Ownership — The current owner can transfer ownership to another admin
Roles & Permissions
Clozup uses a simple but effective role-based access control (RBAC) system:
| Permission | Owner | Admin | Member | Viewer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| View leads, deals, campaigns | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Create/edit leads & deals | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
| Create/manage campaigns | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
| Use AI Assistant | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
| Make calls | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
| View team analytics | ✅ | ✅ | Own only | ✅ |
| Manage automations | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ |
| Manage integrations | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ |
| Invite/remove members | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ |
| Manage billing | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ |
| Delete organization | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ |
Best practice
Keep the number of Admins small. Most team members should be Members — they have full access to sales features without the ability to change organization settings or integrations.
Data Ownership
When a member is removed from the organization:
- Their leads, deals, and campaigns are preserved but unassigned
- An admin can bulk-reassign their data to another team member
- Their AI chat history is archived (not deleted)
- Their user account continues to exist in Clerk but loses access to the organization
Multiple Organizations
A single Clozup account can belong to multiple organizations. This is useful for:
- Agencies managing multiple client accounts
- Consultants working with different companies
- Testing environments separate from production
Switch between organizations using the organization selector in the top-left corner of the app. Each organization has completely isolated data — leads, deals, and settings are never shared between organizations.
Plan applies per organization
Billing plans are per-organization, not per-user. If you belong to two organizations, each needs its own plan. Credits do not transfer between organizations.
