Connect Clozup with your existing tools and communication providers to power voice calls, SMS, and email at scale.

Voice & SMS Providers

Clozup supports both Telnyx and Twilio simultaneously for voice calls and SMS messaging. You can configure each provider independently and choose a default for each channel.

Telnyx Setup

1. Navigate to Settings → Voice & Messaging
2. Click Configure Telnyx
3. Enter your Telnyx API Key (found in your Telnyx Mission Control Portal)
4. Select or purchase a phone number
5. Configure call recording preferences
6. Test the connection with a verification call

Twilio Setup

1. Navigate to Settings → Voice & Messaging
2. Click Configure Twilio
3. Enter your Account SID and Auth Token (found in your Twilio Console)
4. Select or purchase a phone number
5. Configure SMS and voice settings
6. Verify with a test message

Default Provider Routing

After configuring both providers, set your defaults:

• Default Voice Provider — Which provider handles outbound calls
• Default SMS Provider — Which provider sends text messages
• Fallback — Automatically switch to the other provider if the primary fails

Email Providers

Connect your business email to send personalized outbound campaigns and track engagement.

Google Workspace

1. Go to Settings → Mailboxes
2. Click Connect Google Account
3. Authorize Clozup via OAuth2
4. Select which email address to use for campaigns
5. Configure sending limits (recommended: start with 50/day, ramp up)

Microsoft 365

1. Go to Settings → Mailboxes
2. Click Connect Microsoft Account
3. Authorize via Microsoft OAuth
4. Select your Outlook/Exchange email
5. Configure daily sending limits

Custom SMTP

For advanced users, connect any SMTP server:

• SMTP Host and Port
• Authentication credentials
• TLS/SSL configuration
• Custom FROM address and reply-to

CRM Integrations

Sync your existing CRM data with Clozup:

• Salesforce — Bi-directional lead and deal sync (coming soon)
• HubSpot — Import contacts and companies (coming soon)
• CSV Import — Available now for bulk lead imports

Webhooks & API

Enterprise plans include webhook support for real-time event notifications:

• Lead events — Created, updated, scored, converted
• Deal events — Stage changed, won, lost
• Campaign events — Started, completed, reply received
• Call events — Completed, transcribed, analyzed
